Travellers would leave their horses in the stables while they warmed themselves by the fire. Eight generations later, the Daussaint-Bonhomme family continues to write this story — the story of a house where the table is always set, and the door always open.

The Royal Hôtel Restaurant Bonhomme in Remouchamps is the oldest hotel-restaurant in Belgium. Founded in 1768 as a coaching inn on the road from Liège to the Ardennes, it has been run for over 250 years by the same family — the Daussaint-Bonhommes, now in their 8th generation.
